ACPL designs in harmony with the natural features and resources of the site We take several key steps in designing sustainable buildings:
  • Specifying ‘GREEN’ Building Materials from Local Sources
  • Reducing Loads and Optimizing Systems
  • Generating On-Site Renewable Energy
Our green building has proved to have harnessed enormous potential for our clients, like:
  • Reduced operating costs by increasing productivity and using less energy and water
  • Improved public and occupant health due to improved indoor air quality
  • Reduced environmental impacts by, for example, lessening storm water runoff and the heat island effect.
Sustainable solutions that meet the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet theirs:

It is our priority at ACPL to find and put to use alternative and preferably ‘natural’ means of achieving non-threatening conditions. To build a structure that responds to its surrounding location, we pursue the value of working with the environment, rather than against it.

This means that no two buildings in any part of the world can be alike. As far as sustainable design goes, our task is to forge an environmentally responsible yet modern design, and to use technology wherever possible to achieve neutral and instinctive spaces that rely on themselves alone to flourish rather than burden the environment.
