The mall has an open format with a very large open air congregation area, a separate zone for multiplexes and a large format Hyper market. It houses four different segment of retail spaces, namely for the high end, the cine-goers, the midmarket segment and lastly for the hyper market which caters to daily needs. The property shall also 4 house a 100 room budget hotel. With the arrival of the individualized era, commercial buildings ask for variation. The designers break out the original concept on the basis of the comprehensive open format shopping mall, trying to produce themed shopping places.

Project Features

1 The concept of “Mall as Host” used here features inviting public seating, a business hotel and a warm ‘concierge’ type customer service, all contributing to an overall positive stress-free experience.
2 The design starts from the visual angle of the customer highlighting the recreational function, and pays attention to overall planning, detailed treatment and innovative design.
3 The project not only has modern appearance but also builds a unique open space, putting the focus on urban life, dining and entertainment.
4 Visitors stepping into the mall will encounter upscale and welcoming surroundings. A number of water features and tall palms are included in the internal landscape, lending to it the feel of an indoor ‘oasis’ and making it a relaxing environment to meet both family and friends.
5 The entire complex has been designed to project a natural ambience, almost like a breath of fresh air. There is a sense of community in its environments that you don’t typically find in a mall.
6 Shoppers can stay for a long time and visit as many shops at this venue, which is valuable for holding a mass of people and maximizes business value beyond the anticipative effect for the complex.
