Project Features

The shape of the building, its orientation, passive solar design and the use of natural lighting are passive design strategies that have been employed so as to dramatically impact the optimal use of energy.
Rain water collection pits are part of the storm water management system that ensures zero discharge into municipal drainage. The landscaping is water-efficient - Native plants, a high-efficiency irrigation system, use of 100% recycled water for irrigation, all contribute to a reduction in potable water use by as much as 40%. Overall the complex will witness a 50% higher energy saving over other conventional buildings.
Use of low-VOC paints, carpets, adhesives and sealants lead to superior indoor environment quality. Recycled automobile rubber products have been used in the flooring material while toilet partitions are made of recycled plastic and crushed pet bottles.
The office complex also features Innovative waste water technologies like fluidized aerobic bio-reactors (FAB) and a sewage treatment plant to treat gray water to tertiary standards.
