1	Exterior treatment is majestic and accords the fine display of the surface treatment variation. Verticality is achieved through provision of the shear walls which serves also the purpose of privacy to each dwelling unit. This verticality is also a prominent and attractive feature of the Towers at the top of the service core, inviting attention from long distance.
2	The comfortable and cozy corner view of the bed units is well coordinated with the attractive wall décor. Wooden paneling around the mirror matches with the rest of the space and yet dominates the décor.

4	Children’s bed with fully glazed sliding panels provides a larger vision through the huge balcony beyond and facilitates a superior ambience to the eye.
5	The dresser has been luxuriously decorated with frosted glass cabinets and a large mirror encompassing the entire length of the counter top which has a rich marble finish. Lavish wash appliances also contribute to the comfort in this space.
6	A specially designed reclining seating beside the bed is an additional feature of this space. This complemented the client’s requirement of richly layered architectural details and a high level of refinement in the home’s interiors.
7	The interior spaces are marked by art deco elements that harmonize the architecture. The ambience in the room is reminiscent of the old world charm. The custom designed furniture is especially striking while the flooring further adds to the sense of warmth. False ceiling finishes are designed to look elaborate so as to heighten the rich experience.
8	The entrance lobby, created by a side screen in wooden slats, produces a unique play of shadows and provides arched access to the visitor. The Architect’s thoughtful detailing is evident in the TV panel where the same vein has been molded at the bottom to create a decorative platform for show pieces.
9	In the longer view of the TV panel from the front of the living room, the details of furnished sofas and a centre table can be appreciated. The oriental style wall panel finish is suggestive of the amalgamation of modern and traditional décor.
10	The living area has been given a cozy seating corner with efficiently planned arrangement of the centre table and settee.The subtle tone of the corner bar counter contrary to the character of the living arena gives it a much needed privacy within.
11	Dining space with a side lodge cum crockery storage cabinet is made distinctive by giving it a glass finished wall cover. This produces a reflection, thus creating more imaginary space.
12	The kitchen space is well equipped with all gadgetry and modular units. There are all round cabinets at 7’-0” level top to make storage convenient. The modern square wall tile dados give the kitchen a contemporary look.
13	Large glazed windows in the kitchen provide excellent light and ventilation. Larger window panels are provided with matching louvered Venetian blinds to cut any harsh light in summer and give soothing brightness.
14	Toilets have been provided with a showering cubicle and a mirrored wall face with cabinets above the counter top wash facilities.
